The heritage & craft

The Himalayas.
Your next ascent.

NILGIRI crafts meticulously managed Himalayan ascents combining decades of Sherpa generational mastery, IFMGA-accredited alpine leadership, high-altitude logistics, and uncompromising medical-safety protocol.

From the treacherous Khumbu Icefall to isolated trans-Himalayan passes across Mustang and Dolpo, we venture where standard tourism ends. Every expedition operates under strict 1:1 Sherpa support ratios, redundant oxygen systems, and real-time Swiss meteorological uplinks.

Our high-altitude pathway begins with 6,000m trekking peaks (Island Peak, Mera Peak) for hikers with solid fitness. Technical 6,000m peaks like Ama Dablam require past crampon, jumar, and steep multi-pitch rock/ice experience. For 8,000m objectives (Everest, Manaslu), we require candidates to have verified ascents of at least one prior 7,000m or technical 6,500m peak.
